| About Craig Olson |
| Olson comes to UNBOUND Technologies from MXL Partners, a highly successful Silicon Valley consultancy focused on sales and marketing strategy and execution, process, and automation for high-growth technology companies. Prior to MXL, he was vice president of marketing at ZANTAZ (since acquired by Autonomy), a leading provider of content archiving and electronic discovery solutions. In this role, Olson helped the company manage through two strategic acquisitions as the company grew from $5 million in revenues in 2002 to more than $100 million in 2005. |

| Earlier, Olson served as vice president of marketing for several successful venture-backed software and services companies, including diCarta (acquired by Emptoris), Evoke Software, Junglee (acquired by Amazon.com), and BayStone Software (acquired by Remedy Corporation). He started his career as a key member of the founding marketing team at Silicon Graphics and Auspex Systems, helping to manage both companies from pre-revenue to successful IPOs. Olson holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.B.A. from Stanford University, and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from MIT. |
