Chase McMichael and Other Social Media Experts Will Discuss the Future of Mobile Device-Powered Word-of-Mouth Marketing

The panel will be presented November 15 at the third annual Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA) Summit held November 14-15 in Las Vegas, Nev.
 
Mr. McMichael, the sole vendor on a panel of marketing practitioners, will join Kevin Granath of Ansible Mobile, Felicia Hill of Engagement Marketing at Virgin Mobile and Scott Kelliner of the Sugar Mama program at Virgin Mobile. The discussion, moderated by John Bell of Ogilvy PR, will focus on how mobile devices can drive advocacy, action and conversational marketing. Among a variety of topics, the panel will discuss differences in the level of engagement in mobile WOM between the U.S. and Europe, the dramatic growth of photo and video messaging, and marketers’ ability to exchange free airtime for audience participation in viewing and rating content.
