| PALO ALTO, Calif. — September 11, 2007 — UNBOUND Technologies, today announced that company chairman, founder and chief technologist Chase McMichael has been awarded U.S. Patent No. 6,941,339 for his novel approach to enabling intelligent detection of user preferences matched with interactive media pushed to any point of interaction. | The patent, entitled Stated Network Portal System and Methodis the 13th patent awarded to Mr. McMichael. He has been recognized by the U.S. Patent Office for more than a decade for his ground-breaking work in a variety of fields, including physics, superconductivity, interactive services and event-driven collaborative solutions. |

| The patent announced today describes a technology for applying highly specific rules enabling content providers—such as news or entertainment conglomerates, financial services providers or social network sites—to intelligently push information based on consumer preferences or profiles and their availability (presence). The technology can be adapted to any network or consumer interface and is a key component of the UNBOUND Widget Platform. |
